Children
Children are welcome and encouraged! Child Care and Kids Activities will be provided! (Parents will be able to participate in the Trivia Tournament, while children participate in supervised activities)
Ronald McDonald House Charities of Ann Arbor - Wish List Donation Table
If you would like to support families going through similar situations as us with Adalyn, a great way is to provide wish list items for the Ronald McDonald House. It is an amazing charity that is close to our hearts. Check out their wish list here, and please bring your items to donate at a special table at the benefit. If you love this idea, and you aren't able to bring an item to the benefit, then you can order a Wish List item from Amazon here. It will be shipped to Russell and Heather, and they will deliver it to the Ronald McDonald House in Ann Arbor.
Adalyn Sparkle Heart Fund Table
Information and additional donations to the Adalyn Sparkle Heart Fund will be at a
designated table during the event. All proceeds (except for the Ronald McDonald
House Wish List items) from this event will benefit the Adalyn Sparkle Heart Fund,
at CS Mott Children's Hospital, Michigan Medicine. The fund was setup in honor and
memory of Adalyn West and will fund research for Congenital Heart Defects, the #1
most common birth defect. Specifically, it will advance research in the area of
Pulmonary Venous Anomalies, which is the classification of one of Adalyn's Congenital
Heart Defect (Scimitar Syndrome, a type of Partial Anomalous Pulmonary Venous
Connection (PAPVR)).
Team Adalyn Gear Table
"Team Adalyn" and "This is CHD" T-shirts plus Team Adalyn wristbands will be available for pick-up from pre-orders. For more information and to place an order for Team Adalyn Gear, please click here. Please submit your order before August 3rd in order to have it available for pickup at the benefit. Orders after this date will be available sometime after the benefit. A limited amount of T-shirts and wristbands will be available at the benefit for sale as well.
Basket Raffle
A variety of baskets and items will be available for raffle at the event. Bring cash if you would like to try your luck on winning a particular basket that is sure to catch your eye. Please visit the Sponsorship Page for more information about donating a basket or silent auction item.
Silent Auction
There will be some great items available for you to bid on in a silent auction during the event. Please visit the Sponsorship Page for more information about donating a basket or silent auction item.
Baskets and Silent Auction winners will be announced towards the end of the evening, around 7:30pm after the Trivia Tournament. Winners need not be present to win.
